Stephen founded the predecessor practice to Jones & Groves, Lunn Groves, with Daniel Lunn in 2003. He was previously an associate partner in a respected Birmingham law firm. He specialises in property litigation (commercial & residential), landlord & tenant, secured and unsecured debt recovery, commercial litigation, contentious insolvency and liquor licensing and heads up our dispute resolution team. His clients include national pub companies and brewers, individual leisure operators, banks, property investors, landlords, tenants and professional practices for whom he handles a substantial volume of instructions.
