Charlotte is a qualified solicitor and partner, her area of expertise lies in commercial business and property disposals and acquisitions, with a particular focus on transactions within the leisure and care sectors.  After reading law at Liverpool John Moores University, earning a Master’s degree in Sports Law from Nottingham Trent University and completing the Legal Practice Course at Birmingham, Charlotte joined the firm in 2008 as a paralegal, progressing to a trainee and qualifying as a solicitor in 2012 after gaining valuable hands-on experience and building strong relationships with clients. 

In 2021, Charlotte was invited to become a partner reflecting her commitment to the firm while continuing to deliver exceptional service to clients.  Charlotte has developed a reputation for having an approachable style and providing practical, solution-focused advice achieving the best outcomes for clients across a wide range of commercial business and property matters.
